When you become a RGX client, your information is entered into our internal secure client file software, which includes your client number, company name, information about your contact person, and discount privileges. You must provide this information by phone or through secure access on our online shipping tool when using our delivery services.

Delivery Proof:

RGX clients can, upon request, obtain an electronic copy of the waybill, which includes the name and all delivery-related information. When requesting proof of delivery, the client must provide their client number, contact person information, and waybill number. This information is strictly used to provide the relevant part of the waybill to the client by email and to bill the client's account.

Becoming a Client at RGX:

Send us your company profile. We ask you to provide information about the contact person responsible for shipments and suggest that you provide information about your shipping needs and how you currently handle your shipments. This information will be passed on to a RGX representative who will contact you promptly to answer your questions, open an account, and target your shipping needs. Please also inform us of your approximate weekly shipping volume, the location of your business, and the type of products you ship, to prepare our representatives to recommend services that will meet your needs.

Contacting RGX:

From the CONTACT page of the website www.shiprgx.com, you can email your questions and comments to a RGX customer service representative, our technical support group, or the administrators of our website. Your email address and any information you provide strictly serve to respond to your requests. If you express interest in the services offered by RGX for your shipping needs, we will ask if we can use your information to convert it into a company profile, with the possibility of contacting you at a later date.

When you visit www.shiprgx.com, RGX collects certain technical information from your internet browser. This information includes the time a visitor spends on the site with a unique internet identifier, the pages visited and revisited, the operating system, the internet browser software used, and the website in question. These server log files do not contain any personal information, and only RGX can access them. Server log files are only used to track visits to our website and to improve the content and layout of our site. RGX does not attempt to link this information to individuals visiting our site.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

None of the information collected by RGX through our website or the information you send to a RGX representative via email will be transmitted to a third party. We do not sell or exchange any of your personal information with other companies. However, we will disclose personal information on your account when disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law, for example, if we receive a subpoena or court order.

Your client file is never disclosed outside of RGX. Personal information contained in a client's record may be used to create anonymous data sets, such as the number of RGX clients located in a particular region. This data may be used in advertising or marketing documents, but it does not contain any personal information.

5. Data Preservation and Deletion

Waybills used during the current year are kept on secure servers. Waybills used more than one (1) year ago are stored in a secure off-site database for an additional period of six (6) years before being deleted. Any paper document that needs to be destroyed is immediately shredded on-site by RGX.

A customer service representative will contact you and provide a detailed description of the information about you that RGX has in its possession. Any request to modify a client record must be made in writing.

7. How Your Information is Kept Secure

When you fill out the company profile or make a request on our site, this information is transmitted to RGX unencrypted using regular secure email protocol. When an unencrypted procedure is used, there are inherent risks of interception when communicating online with other individuals.
